This is a 4 week study of the Book of James.
Church tradition holds it was written by James, the brother of Jesus, and leader of the church in Jerusalem. Some scholars believe the Book of James may have been the earliest written book of the New Testament.

Jason Eliot, our third-year priest postulant in the Iona Formation Program, as
we explore its expression of wisdom on faith, perseverance, speech, and living
out authentic Christianity.
Whether
you are new to Bible study or have studied Scripture for years, you are invited
to join us on this journey exploring a key letter of how the earliest
Christians lived out their faith and what it means for us today.
The
study will begin Sunday, July 12th and run through Sunday, August 2nd meeting in the Parish Hall.
